A friend of mine, Jennifer, who got into a terrible car accident years ago. Having a brain injury some things are difficult and she thought bridge would be a great way to continue her Therapy. Her mother Joanne who is a great bridge player referred us to Khatib bridge center for beginner lessons with Donald Thompson. After learning from him and a few private lessons with Ellie Hanlon we were off and running. I played one day at the center with another teacher and I was told that I played good but needed to play on bridge base so I could learn to play the cards better so I did. With a lot of time and patience I have learned a new respect for my fellow bridge players who are much better than I and respect all the work it takes to learn and excel in this wonderful game of Bridge. Needless to say I now have the bug and cannot wait till all the bridge comes back and life returns to the new normal. Needless to say I Love Bridge. Thanks to all you have helped me to achieve this level.
